1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Goldencoralgetaway or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
